Ingredients:

Our Butterfly Pea Flower Tea is made from 100% organic and sustainably harvested Clitoria ternatea flowers. These captivating indigo petals not only impart an ethereal blue hue to your cup but also come brimming with health benefits.

Instructions:

1. Boil the water to the desired temperature.  Place 2-3 flowers in your steeping spoon.  Place in cup and pour hot water over tea.
2. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes. The longer you steep, the deeper the blue color and flavor will become.
3. If you'd like to enhance the flavor, add a slice of lemon or a few drops of lemon juice. This will not only alter the color (turning it purple or pink) but also impart a refreshing citrusy note.
4. If you prefer your tea sweet, add honey or your preferred sweetener to taste.
5. Stir, sip, and enjoy!
