Also referred to as micro minerals, trace minerals are inorganic substances needed by your body in small amounts to facilitate normal physiologic functions. Generally, you only need about 20 milligrams of each trace mineral on a daily basis.

However, specific amounts required by the body vary with age and sex. Despite the fact that they are only required in small amounts, they are very vital to your overall health because each trace mineral has its unique benefit to the body.

Symptoms of trace mineral deficiency include:

  • constipation
  • bloating or abdominal pain
  • reduced competence of the immune system
  • loss of appetite
  • irregular heartbeat
  • increased muscle cramping
  • numbness and tingling of the extremities
  • nausea and vomiting

Fortunately, you can prevent many of these symptoms and their associated diseases by eating a variety of mineral-rich foods and certain mineral-rich herbs and supplements.

That's where Mind Your Minerals comes in!  We picked the top mineral rich herbs and created a blend that will help with mineral depletion in the body!

Organic Alfalfa:  Alfalfa is considered a “superfood” because it’s loaded with the vitamins your body needs to generate new cells and boost your immune system. Its deep roots allow it to soak up tons of vitamins while it’s growing.  Alfalfa may be of particular interest if you experience hair loss.  When you aren’t getting enough vitamins in your diet, your body allocates the energy it would use to produce healthy hair and skin cells to your digestive and cardiovascular systems. Alfalfa contains high levels of antioxidants, like most herbs. Antioxidants fight the environmental factors that can make your hair and skin cells look prematurely aged.

Organic Yellow Dock Root:  Yellow Dock Root is one of the best sources of naturally available iron. It concentrates iron from the earth and combines it with the vitamins and minerals needed for the best absorption in our bodies.  And unlike prescription or synthetic forms of iron, Yellow Dock is not constipating. As a matter of fact, it's gentle stool softening properties gently help to relieve constipation. My daughter is on her second bottle! She loves it. She's taking it with magnificent magnesium. 2 hrs after she took it she said she felt pressure lifted off her chest. She no longer takes clonazapam for anxiety. She took it consistently for 5 years and she was off of it in a few weeks. The best stuff out there! Thank you for what you do!

Mind your minerals

I have been using these since Amy came out with them. I wasn’t able to afford them recently for about a month and I definitely felt the difference in my body. I was so sore everyday until I was able to buy more and start taking them again.

Essential trace elements

Well, since the world has seen a steady and dramatic decrease in the nutritional value of the foods we eat over the last 40 years. I felt led to seek help. I found Amy Elohim and watched her process of making different herb recipes and her dedication. I tried “Mind Your Minerals” I had poor digestion, chronic fatigue and brain fog. I am definitely feeling better! The body can’t produce trace minerals! Thank you AmyElohim!!!
