Restored Identity Refund & Return Policy
At Restored Identity, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Due to the nature of our products and for the protection, safety, and integrity of all customers, all sales are final.
Refunds
We do not accept refunds.
This includes, but is not limited to, refunds requested for personal preference, taste, scent, texture, “didn’t work for me,” ordering the wrong item, or any change of mind after purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns.
Because our products are health and wellness related, we cannot take back items once they have left our facility.
Exchanges for Damaged Items Only
We will only replace items that arrive broken or damaged in transit.
To qualify for an exchange, you must:

Notify us within 5 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivered timestamp).

Provide clear photos and documentation, including:

The damaged product (close-up and full view)

The shipping box (inside and outside)

Packing materials

The shipping label

Your order number and the email/name used at checkout

If the required photos and documentation are not provided, we will not be able to approve an exchange.
Exchange Process
Once we review and approve your claim, we will send a replacement for the damaged item. No refunds, store credit, or substitutions will be issued.

Lost or Non-Delivered Packages
If your package is marked as not delivered or is suspected to be lost in transit:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

If the carrier confirms the package as lost, all orders are insured, and we will assist in filing the claim so a replacement can be issued.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted.
