Restored Identity Shipping Policy

At Restored Identity, our goal is to serve you with excellence and integrity as we prepare and ship your herbal products. Every order is handled with care to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on our website. Any product or kit with a different processing time will be clearly noted in the product description.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship all packages through USPS. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and your location. Restored Identity is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been scanned into the mail system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Restored Identity is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Restored Identity is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is damaged in transit, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to guide you through the process.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If an item is marked as a pre-order or backorder, the expected shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are available unless otherwise noted.
