Simply scrape a small amount out of the jar with your fingernail or spoon, form scrapings from jar into a ball, warm in finger until it turns into a putty consistency. Deep clean and dry your desired tooth. Once tooth is clean, press putty into cavity or desired crevices. Repeat process until the area is covered completely with putty. Wear overnight. Brush teeth in the morning. Repeat process every evening until you reach desired results.
