Welcome to the Restored Identity Wellness Center Appointment Page.  Below you can pick your session that you'd like to sign up for.  You will pay for your session upon arrival.  If you are a member, we will pull your file when you arrive for your appointment.  

If you would like to sign up to be a member, you can do so when you come in for your next appointment.  Please see photo below for Membership Packages. 

Footbaths are $25.00 per person.
