Holy Basil (Tulsi) is an adaptogen that helps to bring down stress and inflammation in the body.  Due to Yerba Mate containing caffeine, we add the Holy Basil to help bring down any jitters that the Yerba Mate can give.  Holy Basil is great at cleansing the liver, reducing oxidative stress in the body, and fights infections going on in the body. 

Pau d'Arco: stops inflammation and helps to treat infections. It has both antibacterial and antifungal properties. 

Directions: 

Drink One to Two 6 ounce cups of tea daily.  Fill Steeping spoon with tea blend.  Place in your cup of choice.  Add hot boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes.  Add honey and lemon.  Enjoy! 

Each order comes with comes with a steeping spoon. Example: 4 bags= 1 steeping spoon. Each bag is 2.5 oz.
