Suggested Use

Take 1–2 dropperfuls (1–2 mL) up to 3 times daily.
For quicker absorption, hold under the tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing, then follow with water.
(Those with a higher tolerance or taller stature may prefer 2–4 dropperfuls.)

This extract comes in a 4 oz bottle.
