• Black Pepper – Enhances the absorption of other herbs, especially turmeric, while also delivering its own anti-inflammatory punch.

• Corydalis – An underrated powerhouse in pain relief, corydalis helps interrupt pain signals in the nervous system, offering support for both acute and chronic pain.

• Skullcap – Calms the nerves and muscles, making it particularly useful for tension-related aches, migraines, and nerve discomfort.
