I have suffered with reflux for at least 15 years. I stopped OTC meds at least 5 years ago and simply suffered. Diet changes and restrictions helped only slightly. Worth the try

I have noticed with increase weight. I have more acid reflux and have tried a lot of over-the-counter things that just don’t quite seem to work and some have scary side effects.
